Listening to certain kinds of music is a wonderful and easy way to relax into synchronicity. When music is played or sung from presence, the quality of that presence is transmitted through the music. Here are some favourites:
Music, like nature, can be a wonderful way to experience more beauty in our lives. I have always enjoyed listening to music and then sitting silently for a while.
